Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
· Plan and manage day-to-day administrative operations, including managing files, office supplies, and records.
· Ensure policies are implemented at the store level, including promotional strategies, pricing changes, and service protocols.
· Record details of all services performed, including customer information, vehicle details, and service history.
· Handle client complaints and work with the owner to resolve all client-related feedback.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, staff adhere to service standards, and work efficiently.
· Oversee inventory and coordinate with suppliers to reorder parts and supplies.
· Arrange and organize weekly meetings with the workshop manager and workers to discuss staff performance, address issues, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
· Coordinate with the workshop manager for regular office operations & retain financial and organizational records.
· Manage and track appointments for workshops, sales & service departments.
· Maintain an organized manual and computerized filing system for the company.
· Correspondence with various licensing departments, renew licenses, record utility bills, and pay them when required.
· Administer detailed expense reports to facilitate reimbursement for business expenses incurred.
