Tasks:
- Managing day-to-day office activities, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and site visits for management and project teams, ensuring optimal time management and resource allocation.
- Maintaining and updating project schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines.
- Handling communications with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, acting as the primary point of contact for all administrative matters.
- Overseeing the preparation, organization, and distribution of project documentation, including contracts, invoices, reports, and other essential documents.
- Assisting with HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating staff training and development sessions.
- Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality to support daily operations.
- Implementing and maintaining office procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the management team in preparing financial reports, budget forecasts, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies aimed at improving office efficiency, productivity, and overall company performance.
