Job Descriptions: As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of functions and the following are job duties in this role:
-Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
-Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
-Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
-Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail coordinate the flow of the information internally.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
-Coordinate client meetings, consultations, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
-Communicate with clients regarding project timelines, deliverables, and any other relevant details.
-Procure office supplies, equipment, and services as required, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
-Maintain inventory records and track office assets to ensure availability and functionality.
-Provide administrative support to the production team during film shoots and post-production.
-Assist with logistics planning, scheduling, and coordination for shoots and client meetings.
-Help maintain project documentation, including contracts, release forms, and production schedules.
-Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding data security.
-Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the office operations.
