Office Manager
Job duties:
- Perform general office functions, manage office administration and oversee day-to-day office operations
- Establish and maintain office policies and work procedures
- Manage office procurement, operating budgets and expenses
- Manage office space allocation, equipment and facilities management
- Organize and coordinate corporate special events and staff social functions
- Assist with the transition activities related to the real estate associates and property leasing and property management
- Organize, manage and execute contract documents
- Be responsible for staff performance review, training, and staff development
- Coordinate client meetings and staff meetings
- Assist in preparing office and marketing publications
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- College diploma in business or public administration or a related field
- At least one year of clerical work experience
- Property leasing and management experience will be an asset
- Able to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and clients
- Professional in utilizing MS Office suite
- Able to speak and write English fluently and efficiently
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently or as a team
