Real Estate and Imnmigration Office Administrator - Job Duties and RequirementsJob Duties:
Manage and organize office files, contracts, and client records.
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year of related experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software along with Immigration
Understanding of real estate transactions and documentation processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Assist real estate agents in creating and reviewing sale and purchase contracts.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail).
Prepare reports, presentations, and other office documents.
Schedule property showings, appointments, and meetings.
Maintain client databases and follow up on inquiries.
Process real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial records.
Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and disclosures.
Update property listings on websites and MLS platforms.
Manage social media accounts and create marketing content.
Ensure all transactions and documents comply with real estate regulations.
Coordinate office events, training sessions, and team meetings.
