Salary: CAD 22-29/hour
Benefit: 2 weeks paid vacation/year

We are looking for an experienced office manager with a strong background of administrative skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Able to absorb, understand, and communicate information/requirements internally and externally
• Perform administrative activities
• Able to interact professionally with clients/vendors
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administration
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Determine work priorities, ensure office procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Preparation of reports based on client/Company requirements
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security services
• Financial Tractions: Manages budgeting, incoming financial transactions; bank deposits, accounts receivable, statistics and reports.
• Conducts procurement activities for the office
• Maintain inventory and ensure office budget is not exceeded
• Update Company policies and procedures as required
• Marketing the Practice: participates in quarterly/annual marketing planning meetings, manages posting on social media outlets, email marketing, Instagram, Tiktok and Wechat marketing, email database management
• Office Clerical Duties: Scanning, file upkeep, supply and retail product ordering, office statistics, mail, paying bills, etc.
• Be able to communicate with our international investors on the project development progress
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• College diploma
• 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or similar role
• Mandarin or German Language will be an asset
• Skills on social media: Instagram, Tiktok, Wechat is an asset
• High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Must be analytical, detail orientated and possess a strong administrative acumen with execution that is efficient and extremely accurate
• Able to work under pressure to produce results
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Goal orientated, target driven and highly organized
