We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, management, and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of administrative and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities • Review and evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met • Administer policies and procedures related to records management and information handling • Oversee payroll support, invoicing, and basic accounting functions • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls • Implement and improve administrative policies and procedures • Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and policy compliance • Ensure compliance with company policies and Alberta workplace regulations
Job Requirements:
Qualifications • Minimum of 2years of experience in office management, senior administrative roles or relevant education in related field
Preferred Skills • Experience with budgeting or basic accounting • Knowledge of HR practices and employment standards • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems • Strong customer-service orientation
