we are currently seeking a qualified Office Manager to support and
oversee daily administrative and operational activities.

Position Title: Office Manager
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Estimated Starting Date: As Soon As Possible
Position Available: 1
Wage: $29.00-30.00 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)
Working Hours: 30 - 40 hours per week
Benefit: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Oversee daily office administration related to tour operations,
reservations and travel services, and work to improve administrative
processes to support efficient and reliable operations;
• Set work priorities, assign tasks to administrative and reservation
staff, and ensure booking procedures, schedules and internal
processes are carried out accurately and on time;
• Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities including scheduling, tour records, booking information and internal
communication, to support smooth office and tour operations;
• Support the planning and monitoring of administrative and
operational activities related to tour coordination, customer
inquiries and overall office workflow;
• Communicate and coordinate with hotels, transportation
providers, travel partners and suppliers to confirm arrangements
and help maintain efficient operations;
• Maintain office administrative systems, reservation platforms,
supplies and equipment to ensure stable and efficient office support
for tour operations;
• Prepare routine administrative and operational reports,
correspondence and related documentation as required;
• Provide guidance and basic supervision to administrative and
reservation staff when needed to support consistent office and
operational performance.
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required;
• Completion of a college diploma or post-secondary program in
business administration, office administration or a related field is an
asset;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative operations,
office coordination or a related field is required;
• Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is preferred;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage office operations, administrative systems and
daily workflow efficiently.
