Blue Bird Travel, Inc. is seeking a qualified Office Manager to oversee and coordinate administrative operations and support the company’s daily business activities.

Location: Burnaby, BC (On-site)
Salary: $37.00 hourly
Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Schedule: Day, Evening, Morning, Weekend
Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
Delegate work to office support staff
Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of the business
Coordinate office services including equipment, supplies, maintenance, and security
Assist in preparing operating budget and maintaining inventory and budget controls
Train and supervise staff
Oversee office administrative procedures
Resolve workplace issues and support team performance
Provide coaching and guidance to team members
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
College diploma or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative or supervisory roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with leadership ability
Work Environment
On-site position (no remote work available)
Supervision of 5–10 employees
