Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Office and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic head office located in Burlington, Ontario. This is a critical role in ensuring the seamless operational functions of the office, and overseeing efficient resource allocation and procurement. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of being a liaison between different stakeholders to build trust and maintain good relationships. This is a permanent and full time position of 37.5 hours a week.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the daily administrative and operational functions of the office, coordinate across teams, adjusters, and clients to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
•Develop and implement growth strategies to attract and retain clients, including insurance carriers, legal firms, and corporate accounts.
•Oversee budgets to determine efficient resource allocation and streamline operations and control costs
•Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders by identifying needs and delivering customized service solutions.
•Prepare proposals, pricing strategies and presentations to generate long term partnerships
•Oversee contract negotiation and budget management for supplies, technology, and third party service providers.
•Act as a company representative at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
•Prepare business reports, forecasts, and financial analyses for senior leadership and regulatory purposes.
