Job Description:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Coordinate Student Scheduling
o Manage and schedule driving lessons for students using online booking platforms.
o Respond to student and parent inquiries about class times, cancellations, and instructor assignments.
• Customer Service & Front Desk Management
o Greet students and visitors, address questions professionally, and resolve complaints promptly.
o Maintain records of student progress, payment status, and certifications.
• Instructor and Staff Support
o Liaise between instructors, students, and parents to ensure effective communication.
o Assign lessons and coordinate instructor calendars.
• Regulatory & Compliance Duties
o Maintain records required by local transportation authorities and keep student information confidential.
o Record and update DMV and licensing records as needed for courses.
• Administrative Tasks
o Oversee the daily operation of the office (supplies, forms, equipment).
o Handle billing, payment collection, receipt processing, and maintain budgetary control.
o Assemble periodic reports relating to enrollments, pass rates, and operational efficiency.
• Supervisory Duties
o Supervise other administrative staff and ensure all administrative deadlines are met.
o Train and develop office staff in customer service excellence and new office procedures.
• Special Projects
o Coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain service contracts, and manage promotional materials.
o Plan office events or information nights related to driving safety or parent information sessions.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
• At least 1-2 year experiene in admistrative positions.
• Strong customer service skills; prior experience in a client-facing administrative role, preferably within an educational or driving school environment.
• Proficiency with appointment scheduling systems and office software.
• Experience working with payment systems and basic accounting practices.
• Working knowledge of driving school regulations and documentation requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).
• College diploma or university degree in business, public administration, or a relevant field is an asset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and diplomatic with students/parents, especially during high-pressure situations.
• Mandarin capability are considered assets.
