Job Description:
Amayra Enterprises is seeking a highly organized, high attention to detail and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The chosen applicant must be available Monday through Friday for Work Hours 30-40 hours per week of full-time work.
Tasks
Introduce fresh administrative protocols.
Examine and assess any newly implemented administrative processes.
Any or all of the following duties are performed by this team:
1. Oversee and arrange office administrative procedures; evaluate, evaluate, and implement new practices.
2. Establish priorities for your work, delegate it to office assistants, and ensure that all protocols are followed and due dates are met.
3. Carry out administrative duties pertaining to admissions to postsecondary educational institutions.
4. Observe policies and procedures for responding to requests for the release of records in accordance with privacy laws and government access to information laws.
5. Plan and coordinate all aspects of office services, such as parking, maintenance, security, equipment, supplies, relocation, housing, and paperwork.
6. Manage administrative responsibilities related to contracts, budgeting, and project planning and management techniques while doing data analysis.
7. Give the office support staff assignments.
