Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Duties:
- Develop and implement scheduling and workflow priorities to ensure efficient office operations.
- Train administrative staff on company procedures, safety protocols, and operational policies.
- Prepare, review, and submit operational and compliance reports to management or regulatory bodies.
- Oversee and ensure proper functioning of office equipment and dispatch systems.
- Address workplace issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Assign tasks, coordinate team workloads, and regularly review performance and progress.
- Request and manage inventory of office supplies, dispatch tools, and administrative equipment.
- Arrange timely maintenance and repair of office equipment and communication systems.
- Coordinate office and dispatch operations with other departments such as logistics, fleet management, and customer service.
