Ensure that documents and files are kept up to date and easily accessible.
Answer the phone to accept messages or transfer calls to the relevant coworkers.
Prepare outgoing mail, sort and distribute receiving mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
Attend meetings, help with agenda preparation, and take minutes.
Track office supply inventory, including paper clips and stationery, and notify management of any shortfalls.
Able to handle routine bookkeeping duties like bank deposit and invoice preparation.
Execute additional office tasks as given.
