Job Duties:
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and assist clients with scheduling.
• Manage emails, mail, and office supplies, photocopy documents.
• Schedule service calls, assign HVAC mechanics, and update schedules and project statuses.
• Process work orders, receipts, expenditures, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
• Compile documents, organize service agreements and warranties.
• Track HVAC parts and inventories, coordinate with HVAC mechanics and order supplies accordingly.
• Process payments, sort out invoices and follow up with clients for upcoming appointments.
Qualifications:
• Secondary School is required.
• Minimum 1 year of office clerk experience, or acting in a similar role.
• Experience preparing and maintaining documentation, spreadsheets, and databases is an asset.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) including 50 wpm keyboarding skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
