Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented office clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will be in charge of providing administrative support, executing clerical chores, and ensuring smooth office operations. The chosen applicant must be available Monday through Friday for Work Hours 30-40 hours per week of full-time work.
Tasks
Type and edit forms, letters, and other documents.
Accept and transmit phone calls or email inquiries.
Complete reports from databases, inventories, and manual or electronic files.
Answer inquiries by phone, in person, or by email, or forward to the relevant person.
1. Create documents such as applications, forms, presentations, reports, statements, and communication.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing mail either electronically or manually.
3. Documents should be photocopied and compiled for distribution, mailing, and filing.
4. Use an electronic mail or fax machine to send and receive messages and documents.
5 .Keep track of office supplies, place orders for new ones when needed, and schedule equipment maintenance. Assist in creating agendas for meetings, participate in them, and record minutes.
6. Help with administrative tasks like creating work schedules, managing contracts, and submitting budgets.
