Office Assistant Job

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable Office Assistant for a local apartment community in Sparta, TN. This temporary assignment is expected to last approximately 4-5 weeks. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable providing excellent customer service in an office setting.

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet residents and visitors in a professional manner
Accept and process rent payments accurately
Enter and submit maintenance work orders
Assist residents with general inquiries and concerns
Maintain organized tenant files and office records
Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
Previous office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
