To keep our company running smoothly and efficiently, we are seeking a full-time office administrator who has qualified experience, education and knowledge with intention to work for us on a long term basis.

Job duties and responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily activities of the office to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor case progress, prepare regular reports for the director, and review all completed documents for accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to arrange promotional activities and maintain effective communication with the director regarding client management and service strategies.
• Respond to client inquiries, assist clients with immigration-related paperwork, and resolve issues arising throughout the application process.
• Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs as necessary to ensure all equipment functions properly.
• Manage office supplies by tracking inventory and placing orders as required to maintain sufficient stock levels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and oversee office operations in the director’s absence.
• Perform other administrative duties as directed by the director to support business objectives.
