Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate administrative procedures, maintain office operations, support management with day-to-day administrative activities, and ensure efficient workflow within the business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage office administrative procedures and assist in improving operational processes and workflow efficiency
• Set work priorities, assign duties to administrative support staff, and ensure company procedures and deadlines are followed
• Coordinate administrative records, payroll documentation, supplier invoices, and internal office filing systems
• Coordinate office services including office equipment, supplies, maintenance, security arrangements, and general administrative support activities
• Assist with administrative functions related to budgeting, purchasing, contract administration, and project coordination
• Support the preparation and monitoring of operating budgets and maintain inventory and expense control systems
• Compile information and prepare reports, correspondence, manuals, and other administrative documents as required
• Supervise and provide guidance to office support staff and assist in coordinating records management activities
• Assist management with staff scheduling, supplier coordination, and daily administrative operations of the business
Qualifications:
• Previous experience of 1–2 years in office administration, administrative support, or a related office environment is required.
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is an asset.
