Job duties -
1-Delegate work to office support staff
2-Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
3-Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
4-Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
5-Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
6-Perform data entry,Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures,Resolve conflict situations,Oversee payroll administration AND Plan and control budget and expenditures.
7-Schedule and confirm truck deliveries, pickups, and driver assignments under supervision.
8-Maintain and update shipment logs, delivery records, and driver schedules.
9-Prepare and file invoices, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.
10-Perform data entry and maintain digital databases for shipments, clients, and drivers.
11-Provide customer service by assisting clients and forwarding issues to managements.
