Overview:
Keep Smiling Denture Clinic Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Surrey, BC. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing administrative operations, coordinating office procedures, and supporting the smooth functioning of the clinic.
Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of related administrative experience
Work Setting:On-site position (no remote work option)
Responsibilities
- Establish work priorities and ensure office procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities within the clinic
- Assemble data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain records accurately
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Monitor and evaluate office performance and workflow
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and manage communication channels
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
- Electronic mail (Email communication)
