Set work priorities, follow procedures, and meet deadlines
Handle records and documents following privacy regulations
Organize office services like equipment, supplies, maintenance, and security
Help prepare operating budgets and manage inventory
Collect data and prepare reports, manuals, and letters
Supervise and coordinate office administration
Requirements:
Language: English
Education: High school diploma
Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Computer Skills: Email, electronic schedulers, MS Excel, MS Word, spreadsheets
