Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer Skills: MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel
Job Duties
Set work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
Follow and administer policies related to access to information and privacy
Coordinate office services including supplies, equipment, security, maintenance, and relocation
Help prepare the operating budget and manage inventory and cost controls
Collect data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
