Northwest Freightways Ltd. located at Surrey BC is looking for 1 Office Administrator .
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Morning, Day
Wage: $29/Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week
Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible
Specific Skills:
*Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
*Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
*Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
*Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
*Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
*Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
Education: High School
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Languages: Basic English
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, fast-paced environment
Essential Skills: Organized, reliable, effective interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication
Other: Candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Benefits: Relocation cost is covered up to 45Medical and dental is covered after 3 months. $50 Reimbursing cell phone bills every month.
