Job Description:
NewPoint Insurance Services Inc. a well-known insurance services company having its office located at 103 - 12568 72 Ave Surrey, BC V3W 2M6 has an immediate vacancy for an office administrator. The position is fulltime/ Permanent.

Job duties involve to:

• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Language of Work: English
Wages: $29.00 / hour based on 30 hours per week

Employment requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School Education
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a clerical position related to office administration
