TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
SALARY: $26.92 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30 TO 35 Hours/Week
WORK SETTING: Office/Distribution Centre
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receive and process orders from customers and internal departments. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders
• Handle inquiries and requests from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Provide information, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Maintain inventory records, track stock levels, and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure adequate inventory levels. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including administrative tasks related to orientation, training scheduling, and documentation.
• Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining office systems
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and product specifications. Maintain good relationships and negotiate favorable terms when necessary.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
• Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and shredding documents. Maintain cleanliness and organization of office space.

Job Requirements:
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Secondary School graduation required.
• Minimum 7 months to 1 years of experience is required in the position or related position
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and high level of confidentiality, integrity, ethics and professionalism
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel would be an asset.
• Ability to work independently, flexible for all shifts, good time management, organizational, good teamwork and Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
