Job Description:
Responsible for managing various office tasks including answering calls, greeting visitors, organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails.
Greet visitors in a professional manner.
Maintain office supplies.
Organize and file paperwork.
Schedule and manage appointments.
Assist with data entry and document preparation.
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in an office environment is a plus, but not required.
