Start of employment- ASAP
Wage- $30.00/hour, 40 hours per week
Job duties:
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
• Take care of day-to-day office work and delegate duties to office staff
• Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services
• Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Supervise management of record related to clients and staff
• Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence
Job requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A bachelor's degree is an asset.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
