Job Description:
Kidz Hub Early Learning Centre, a well-established child care & early learning centre located at 31845 Lougheed Hwy suite Units 1 – 4 Mission, BC V4N 0H5 has an immediate vacancy for an Office administrator. The position is fulltime/ Permanent $29.50/hours. Applicant must have completion of Secondary School education. Applicant must also have 1-2 years of experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration. Language of work will be English.
Job duties involve to Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, Apply MCFD claims and payments on time.
