Job Description:
Somal Brothers Ltd is looking for 1 full-time and permanent Office Administrator at Edmonton , Alberta, Canada. (Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 36.00 per hour and number of hours will be 35 hours per week.
Job Description:
• Develop and implement new administrative procedures
• Review and assess administrative processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Set work priorities, ensure compliance with procedures, and meet deadlines
• Manage and carry out day-to-day administrative operations of the organization
• Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
• Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
• Compile data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth workflow
