Office Administrator Job

Provide general administrative support to senior management, staff, or various departments.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and spreadsheets.

Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other business materials.

Process invoices, manage petty cash, and track office expenditures.

Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports.

Handle billing and invoicing tasks for the office.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and other financial documents.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate interdepartmental communication and foster a collaborative work environment.

Manage office calendars and ensure all team activities, deadlines, and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
