Job Description:
Sidhu Plumbing Ltd. located in Calgary is looking to hire Office Administrator. Eligible candidate should have secondary school and 1-2 years of experience performing admin duties.Pay per hour will be $28.00-$32.00 depending upon experience. This is full time position with 40 hours per week. Applicant Should have good customer service skills.
Some of the duties will be:
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures;
- Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed;
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as supplies, forms and maintenance;
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
