Job Description:
Examine and assess any newly implemented administrative processes. Assign tasks to the office support personnel.
Set priorities for your task, make sure that protocol is followed, and meet deadlines.
Perform establishment administration tasks.
Plan and organise office services, including lodging, moving, forms, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
Help with creating the operating budget, and keep inventory and financial controls up to date.
Supervise and organise administrative office processes.
The chosen applicant must be available Monday through Friday for Work Hours 30-40 hours per week of full-time work.
This team does any or all of the following tasks:
Oversee and organize administrative processes in the office; assess, appraise, and introduce new procedures.

2)Perform administrative tasks related to post-secondary education institution admissions.
3)Handle requests for records release under government access to information and privacy laws by following policies and procedures.
