Job Requirements:
Experience required: 1 year to less than 2 years
Education required :College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Job duties -
1-Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
2-Direct and control daily operations Direct staff Supervise other workers Train other workers.
3- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, Determine and establish office procedures and routines Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies Schedule and confirm appointments .
3-Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients or drivers.
4-Schedule and coordinate truck deliveries, pickups, and driver assignments.
5-Maintain and update delivery logs, shipment records, and driver schedules.
6-Prepare and file invoices, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.
7-Communicate with drivers and clients to provide updates on deliveries or delays.
8-Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages,Oversee payroll administration,Perform data entry
and Provide customer service
9-Maintain and manage digital database,Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and Conduct performance reviews
