Job Description:
We are currently looking for a full-time Office Administrative Assistant to join our team as soon as possible. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Position: Full-time/ permanent, 30-40hrs/week (1 vacancy)
Shift: Day, Weekend, Shift, To be determined, Morning
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Wage: 31CAD/Hour
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the flow of information within the team
* Direct and control daily operations
* Direct staff
* Evaluate daily operations
* Open and distribute mail and other materials
* Plan and organize daily operations
* Establish and implement policies and procedures
* Manage contracts
* Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
* Answer electronic enquiries
* Compile data, statistics and other information
* Respond to employee questions and complaints
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory
* Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
* Conduct research
* Perform data entry
* Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
* Conduct performance reviews
* Supervise office and volunteer staff
