Job Description:
• Answer calls, check voicemails, and direct them to the appropriate department or concerned persons.
• Greet visitors and answer their queries.
• Schedule appointments of the employer.
• Prepare a variety of high-quality written letters and other documents.
• Photocopy, fax, file, and other general admin and clerical duties as required.
• Schedule conferences within the department.
• To look after the complete office work, reviewing emails, and forwarding them to the appropriate person.
• Supervise and train other office support staff if needed.
• Maintain and update client’s database, organize and maintain client files and records.
• Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and order the supplies to be used in the office.
Job Requirements:
• Post-Secondary education is required.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience in the immigration field is required.
