Job Responsibilities-

1-Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
2-Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals.
3-Plan and control budget and expenditures.
4-Plan and organize daily operations.
5-Establish and implement policies and procedures.
6-Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
7-Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies.
8-Schedule and confirm appointments.
9-Respond to employee questions and complaints.
10-Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
