O/A BizTech College located at 320 Matheson Blvd West, suite 215 Mississauga, ON L5R 3M6 requires 1 Office Administrative Assistant on Permanent and Full-time basis (30 hours/week) at the wage $ 36 per hour. Must have 2 years to less than 3 years’ experience with educational institute. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 paid sick leaves will be provided. Email-- hrbiztechcollege@gmail.com Job Duties: • Greet guests, answer questions, and provide information required in the initial stage. • Prepare, maintain, and update reports, documents, and student database. • Ensure proper procedures and processes are followed for student registrations, file creations, and start schedules. • Assist the office manager/director with brochures, printing and copying requirements. • Answer phone calls and take the action accordingly. • Order office supplies as and when required • Process diplomas, certificates, and final transcripts • Handle general correspondence, emails (outgoing and incoming), maintain contact list, send periodic and seasonal greetings • Assisting students in making tuition payments, accessing their student accounts, letters, insurance questions, etc. • Assist with campus events such as graduation functions, social media events promotional campaigns etc. • Any other relevant task
