Office Admin Job

The day-to-day administrative operations of the office must be coordinated and managed by the office administrator. This include keeping track of office supplies, setting up meetings, responding to correspondence, and offering staff, students, and guests general help. An efficient and happy work atmosphere is fostered by the office administrator, who makes sure that everything runs well.
The chosen applicant must be available from monday to friday for 35-40 work hours per week for fulltime work
This group performs some or all of the following duties:
1. Oversee and organize administrative processes in the office; assess, appraise, and introduce new procedures.
2. Set priorities for your job, assign it to office support workers, and make sure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are reached.
3. Perform administrative tasks related to post-secondary education institution admissions.
4. Handle requests for records release under government access to information and privacy laws by following policies and procedures.
5. Plan and organize office services, including lodging, moving, forms, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
