Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for advisors and clients

Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence

Communicate with internal advisors and external clients to support daily operations

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record maintenance

Prepare and update reports, forms, and internal documents

Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning

Perform general administrative duties as required
