Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Caseload: Average 14–16 patients per day

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled, hands-on **Occupational Therapist (OT)** to join our clinical rehabilitation team. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered therapy to help individuals regain independence, develop essential daily living skills, and improve their functional performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough initial evaluations and functional assessments to identify physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental challenges.
* Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals.
* Provide direct, hands-on interventions focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor coordination, upper extremity rehabilitation, and adaptive equipment training.
* Manage an average daily caseload of 14–16 patients efficiently while delivering high-quality, personalized care.
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies, home exercise programs, and ergonomic modifications.
* Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with Electronic Health Record (EHR) standards and state regulations.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including physical therapists, physicians, and case managers, to ensure coordinated patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Active state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (or licensure in progress).
* Proven hands-on clinical experience managing a busy outpatient or clinical caseload (14–16 patients/day).
* Strong time-management, clinical documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
