OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST Job

We are a growing pediatric therapy clinic seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team across multiple South Florida locations. This is a flexible, contract-based opportunity with competitive pay and a consistent client caseload.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor each child's progress
Administer therapy programs using selected activities and specialized equipment
Develop and adjust intervention plans based on client needs
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members
Manage your own caseload with strong time management and clinical judgment

REQUIREMENTS:

Active Florida DOH License in Occupational Therapy (required)
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with pediatric clients and their families
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
