OB/GYN Physician – Full-Time

?? Salary: $375,000 – $400,000 per year (Negotiable!)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative clinical team delivering comprehensive women’s healthcare. This full-time role offers an excellent balance of clinic and hospital-based care, competitive compensation, and strong support for relocation and visa sponsorship.
What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality, patient-centered OB/GYN care to women across all stages of life
Manage prenatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum care
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic gynecologic conditions
Perform exams, order diagnostic testing, and prescribe medications
Deliver babies with a focus on safety and positive outcomes
Provide care in both outpatient and hospital settings
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and leadership
Refer patients to specialists as appropriate
Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and clinic improvements
Support a patient-centered, community-based care model
Precept medical students and NP/PA trainees
Ensure compliance with clinical, state, and federal guidelines
Rotate between clinic locations as needed
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Occasional weekends required
On-call: Approximately 5–6 days per month
Travel
No travel required
What We Offer
Highly competitive salary: $375K–$400K (negotiable)
Sign-on bonus: $20K–$30K

$1,500–$2,000 per month for up to 6 months

Required Qualifications
