Job Description:

Nursing Manager is required to perform the following duties:

• Compliance, Administration & Training
• Conduct and ensure accurate documentation, and enforce regulatory compliance across all care settings
• Organize ongoing staff training and certification renewals (CPR, BLS, specialty rehab education) for nurses, therapists, HHAs, and assistants
• Develop and update nursing and clinic policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee receptionist workflow including patient intake, scheduling, and records management
• Support budgeting, inventory management, and clinic operational improvements
• Lead quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and accreditation efforts
• Clinical Operations & Staff Supervision
• Supervise and coordinate staff in both clinic and home care settings
• Assign duties based on patient needs and staff expertise
• Manage daily clinic operations: scheduling, delegation, attendance, and coordination with staff
• Oversee patient care: assessments, medication administration, wound care, rehab support, and clinical safety
• Ensure safe and effective care delivery by HHAs, field nurses, and therapy teams aligned with patient goals
• Maintain infection control, clinical safety protocols, and compliance standards
• Monitor, mentor, and evaluate staff performance and professional development
• Coordinate with receptionist and administrative staff on patient communication and scheduling
• Collaborate with physicians, administration, and other departments to plan and implement patient care strategie
• Interdisciplinary Coordination & Patient Management
• Facilitate collaboration among nursing and therapy Staff (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, ST) to ensure integrated patient care
• Manage patient flow and scheduling for therapy, nursing
• visits andcoordinated rehab interventions
• Address patient and family concerns, update care plans, and ensure smooth transitions between care settings
• Support nursing and therapy staff in wound care, pain management, mobility assistance, catheter care, and rehab tasks
• Ensure emergency preparedness, clinical escalation, and timely response protocols are in place and followed.

Bachelor’s Degree is required in Nursing or Alternative Medicine
