Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team
• Patient care coordinator
• Evaluate patient care and progress
• Interpret medical test results
• Order medical diagnosis or clinical tests
• Patient care plan
• Provide end-of-life counseling and bereavement support to patients and their families
• Provide advice and guidance regarding care for newborns and young infants
• Provide primary, full-course, care to women and their babies during pregnancy, labour, birth and the post-natal period including monitoring the health of mother and baby
• Advise patients on health care
• Examine patients and take their medical histories and consult with physicians and other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
• Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures
• Conduct patient interviews, physical assessments and take medical histories
• Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases

• Master’s Degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Practicing License, per BCCNM Registry.
• Strong skills in patient care, medication administration, and case management.
