Job Description:
NPI Project Manager is needed to perform the following duties:
· Lead project planning and execution for product transfer and new product introduction (NPI) projects.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, supplier quality, and technical staff.
· Evaluate project priorities, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
· Present project updates to leadership and support project execution activities.
· Work with suppliers to align on timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
· Review historical product plans to create updated project templates and strategies.
· Support cost-saving initiatives and operational improvement activities.
· Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and quality teams to support manufacturing transfer activities.
· Maintain project documentation, status reports, and technical deliverables.
· Support leadership reviews, project tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
