Job Description:
NPI Manufacturing Engineer is needed to perform the following duties:
• Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product introduction.
• Review and interpret design drawings, providing input for manufacturability and efficiency.
• Support development of processes, tooling, and fixtures for production.
• Participate in validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure compliance with quality systems.
• Provide technical support for pilot builds, process improvements, and initial production runs.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes and cost reduction.
· Acts independently with minimal supervision to execute engineering projects specifically targeting to solve engineering problems related to design practices.
· Review and interpret design drawings, providing input for manufacturability and efficiency
· Direct own time and identify the critical tasks in the process to determine the resource commitment and time estimates using six sigma and modern quality concepts.
· Participate as an integral member of cross-functional product teams by contributing ideas as well as designing, managing or executing, and interpreting device development activities.
· Provide engineering support to evaluate, mitigate, re-certify and maintain compliance of the group’s products with new global regulations.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes and cost reduction. Support development of processes, tooling, and fixtures for production.
· Support and work with manufacturer and supplier’s during the approval and release of the design
· Prepare and review design verification test protocols, procedures and reports.
· Review quality standards of each product to make sure there are no problems; and approve redline drawing and product label form to be compliance with the new regulations
· Manages and coordinate project with cross functional teams.
Coordinate day-to-day operations of engineering and technical staff assigned to projects by assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, directing efforts, and providing technical guidance

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Automobile Engineering .
