Job Description:
• Develop and execute new product introduction plans, development milestones, technical deliverables, and production release criteria for glass core substrates used in advanced semiconductor packaging;
• Coordinate the progression of new products from prototype development through engineering validation, customer qualification, and mass production transfer;
• Review customer technical requirements and establish corresponding product development, quality, qualification, and reliability criteria;
• Evaluate the manufacturing feasibility of new glass core substrate products based on product specifications, material characteristics, and manufacturing capabilities;
• Coordinate the development and evaluation of prototype, engineering, and qualification samples for new glass core substrate products;
• Develop product qualification and reliability plans, test requirements, and acceptance criteria;
• Analyze product performance, qualification, and reliability results to identify technical risks and determine whether products satisfy customer and internal requirements;
• Evaluate the effects of material characteristics and interactions on product quality, performance, reliability, and manufacturing readiness;
• Conduct product-level defect and failure analysis during development and qualification and coordinate corrective actions with relevant engineering and quality teams;
• Analyze and resolve product-level technical issues affecting qualification, manufacturing readiness, or transfer to mass production;
• Coordinate customer qualification activities, including technical data review, issue resolution, and approval support;
• Collaborate with customers to define and align product development roadmaps, including target specifications, technology milestones, and commercial launch timelines, to support the successful introduction of new glass core substrate products into customer package platforms;
• Conduct technical reviews to determine whether new products are ready for customer qualification, pilot production, and mass production release;
• Monitor product performance during pilot production and initial production ramp-up and coordinate related validation activities; and
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and collaborate with relevant teams to support the successful mass production introduction of new glass core substrate products.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Materials Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another closely related field of study;
• At least eight (8) years of professional experience in semiconductor package substrate development, new product introduction, material and process integration, or other closely related semiconductor engineering functions;
• Ability to evaluate product performance, manufacturing feasibility, technical risks, and product reliability;
• Ability to conduct product qualification, defect and failure analysis, and technical issue resolution during product development and mass production transfer; and
• Familiarity with data analysis, statistical tools, and process control methods used in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
