About the Position
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Locksmith & Door Services Estimator / Dispatcher to join our team. This position plays an important role in coordinating locksmith and door service operations, preparing estimates, scheduling technicians, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional attitude when working with customers, technicians, and vendors. Experience in the locksmith, commercial door, or construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
Prepare estimates and quotes for locksmith services, commercial door repairs, installations, and hardware replacements.
Review customer requests, photos, measurements, and project specifications to determine pricing and materials.
Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, repairs, installations, and emergency requests.
Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate service appointments.
Communicate job details, priorities, and updates to technicians and customers.
Follow up on estimates, pending approvals, and scheduled work.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding parts, materials, and hardware.
Maintain accurate records of estimates, work orders, schedules, and job statuses.
Assist with daily office operations to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications
Previous experience in estimating, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service preferred.
Knowledge of locksmith services, commercial doors, door hardware, closers, panic bars, and access control is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.
Attention to detail when preparing estimates and processing work orders.
Professional phone manner and a customer-focused attitude.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
