Job Description:
San Jose’s Original Mexican Restaurant is looking for motivated full-time and part-time Line Cooks to join our kitchen teams in Ocoee, Winter Garden, Clermont, Orlando, Lake Buena Vista, Altamonte Springs and Tavares, Florida.
Our restaurant specializes in fresh, made-from-scratch Mexican cuisine, and we’re searching for cooks who care about quality and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:
• Cook and assemble menu items using established recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized cooking station
• Accurately portion food and monitor cooking temperatures
• Support kitchen prep and maintain ingredient stock levels
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (1–2 years)
• Strong attention to food quality and consistency
• Ability to work on your feet for long shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
• Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
